Licence to Use

When you purchase a journal, you are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not:

• Reproduce, publish, distribute, or resell the product or any part of its content

• Modify, adapt, or alter the product in any way

• Use the journal or its content for unlawful or offensive purposes

• Use the journal to create derivative or competing products

• Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary markings

Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of this licence, and you must destroy all physical and digital copies in your possession.

The journal may contain references to wellness, mindset, goal-setting, and lifestyle habits. This content is intended for informational purposes only and should not be taken as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Warranties and Liability

While we strive to provide accurate, helpful, and inspiring content, we do not warrant the completeness or effectiveness of the journal’s material.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied), and will not be liable for any:

• Business losses (including profit, data, or goodwill)

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes

This does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Shipping Policy

Same Day Dispatch:
Place your order by 1pm (UK Time) for same-day dispatch (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Rates:

• UK: Royal Mail – £4.99, estimated 48 hours

• EU: £12.99, estimated 5–10 working days

• Rest of World: £17.99, estimated 10–14 working days

📦 Customs fees or import duties are not included in these charges and may be applied by your local authority.

Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

You waive your right to a refund under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once the journal’s packaging is unsealed. Due to hygiene, quality, and resale considerations, unsealed items are not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns, but if you experience an issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), please reach out to us via our contact form within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

That Girl LTD, its logos, and journal designs are trademarks of That Girl LTD. All third-party marks referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are not affiliated with or endorsed by us unless explicitly stated.

Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by English law.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
